Quick Start Checklist.

Complete these steps before your first session. Tap each item to mark it done.

Read the Facilitator's Guide — especially Section 2 (Trauma-Informed Facilitation)
Print Participant Packets (1 per student)
Pre-cut all card sort sets — Relationship Sort, FRIES Scenarios, MATCH Decision Cards
Post Ground Rules before participants arrive
Set up seating in circle or U-shape
Have tissues and resource cards visible
Know your mandated reporting obligations
Confirm your track: 🟢 Green or 🔵 Blue
